James Beard famously said: "Food is our common ground, a universal experience.“ At Le Chateau, we are building on decades of culinary experience to introduce something altogether new.

Le Chateau, a beloved institution and landmark of the Westchester area’s dining scene, will reopen in fall 2017 exclusively for private events. After an extensive renovation and expansion, Le Chateau will offer an enhanced guest experience with a larger, modernized kitchen, ample bar and cocktail space, and an entirely new ballroom with sweeping views and soaring ceilings.

Le Chateau is a part of a family of venues that have been catering special events since 1989. At every Elegant Banquets facility, the mission is the same: create menus that excite the palate, engage the senses and most importantly reflect the personality of our guests. To date, we have hosted more than 1 million guests at our venues. And while our heritage is important, our culinary team is constantly raising the bar and testing out new foods, presentations and station ideas. Le Chateau will join in this same culinary tradition of excellence and innovation.

As a part of Le Chateau’s renovation, we are assembling a new team of culinary talent. We anticipate hiring our Executive Chef in spring 2017, and will have menus to share with our clients shortly thereafter. We invite you to join us on this culinary journey!
